Stress/Anxiety

If you are stressed you need to address the problem. Stress is the plague of our time and is a significant factor in illness, chronic pain, poor decisionmaking, relationship breakdowns and even early deaths. If you have trouble sleeping, are often irritable and struggle with pressure situations or are on some sort of medication to calm you down...we can help.

People often think that stress is just a natural part of life. No it is not!!!!! People think that they need stress to perform. No you don't!!!

Stress is something we not only deal with in the clinic, we go into large corporations and teach leadership teams how to change the way they think about and act in the face of pressure. We have trained the best, from Olympians to CEOs and we know a lot about performance. A destressed person makes much better decisions and can handle more delicate and challenging situations than someone who is always operating on the edge.

Our approach is two pronged:

  1. We teach you better ways to cope with pressure and show you how to diffuse it in less than 60 seconds

Anxiety and the Costs


Anxiety is an extremely common condition these days. It can be quite debilitating, seriously hindering your professional life and/or your personal life, even if it doesn't extend into full blown panic attacks.

It stops you wanting to perform, or socialise, or enter relationships. For many alcohol or drugs are the only real answer they have come up with, because they have not found a way to relax or escape. Some people have anxiety around particular situations like public speaking, management meetings, or social events that include more than a couple of people. This almost falls into the "phobic" category of anxiety. Others have a more generalised anxiety where the world in general no longer seems a safe place.

Potential failure, rejection and a hypersensitivity regarding the opinions of others can be factors. A less than optimal self concept and habitual "overanalysis" usually doesn't help. In fact, excessive "thinking" is one of the main problems.

These conditions are easily resolved with a combination of hypnosis and other methods. We will teach you how you do what you do, elevate your self concept, and change the way you view the world so you can enjoy engaging it at every level.

Depending on the degree, we would expect a significant improvement in one session, and a sustainable new approach in 4 sessions. It may be necessary to teach you skills to discern between useful analysis and debilitating overanalysis.
